Hello how are you. My name is Alan i am a 24 year old joiner and father to my 3 year old daughter Abby. I have being doing muay thai about a year know and had one fight and double graded twice give everything i do 100% or at least try to. I like adventure sports used to climb rock and ice was the scottish under 16 white water racing champion love diving mountainering anything that scares me any way thank you very much for taking the time to read my profile.
