Training over 15 years. Teaching for 10 years across Hertfordshire, also trained and fought in Boxing,Ju - Jitsu and Judo. Started off training in freestyle then moved on to continuos kickboxing, which is also known as light contact (but it never was back then),then on to full contact. Fought in England, Europe and America. Boxed for a couple of years, trained ju jitsu and judo for about 5 years in all. Love teaching,training and learning (you never stop learning). Built an excellant club over the years with the help of everyone in it. Also produced quality fighters such as Nick Gill, Sukhy Shoria and Steve Granger with a lot more coming through. Also currently teach kickboxing in Schools in our area which is a privelage for me and can only be a positive thing for the sport. live with my girlfriend the lovely Johanne & Father to a beautifull daughter called 'Sydney Spencer'.
