I have been envolved in muay thai for arround 10 years now and i am the instructor of sit nak muay , i hold a 10th khan gradded under howard hughes karen ousey and lorne castle. i had 5 fights one of which was in thailand but was side linned from fighting due to needing a hip replacement so now am devoted to teaching    This is me with my first 3 fighters Ryan Cole Josh Harper and Jim Evans before they fought on Master Skens show      |
