I train six days a week, twice a day under Philip Lam City Lee Gar gym, Auckland, New Zealand. I have been training in Thai boxing for 12 years. Before I started thai boxing I trained in tae kwan do for 3-4 years, I have a black belt.
My training consists of running 10 kms three times a week in the mornings, after runnning, go back to gym I do 5 rounds kicking and punching the bag. Situps and push ups, sometimes swimming afer training in the morning. Then at night time a short run then to the gym for shadow boxing, 5 rounds kicking bag, 3 rounds boxing and finish with shadow boxing, push ups and sit ups.
Sometimes I spar with my mate Shane "Copper" Chapman, especially with his knee.
I respect all thai boxing fighters.
