Main Event 5x3's FTR

Daiton Jackson (Salford) v Kevin Goubernator (Orlando Weit, France) Jackson win

I can't remember who won in the two fights between Frankies and Simon's lads, I think they were shared

The Kehoe Pearson match was a cracker between two young lads, Pearson had a horrible first round but really dug in

Daiton fought the right fight, the French lad had real power in his hands and Daiton fought a controlled win, he was was always ahead so not getting involved, esp after the nasty cut from a clash of heads, was the clever thing to do

Nice show, nice venue, need to sort out he unnecessary breaks though

well done daz and daitan, how did you win
Salford Thai
Posted: 2010-01-31 15:00:24
Cheers pal

The French guy was very good with his hands, very quick and well timed it was close early doors especially with the clash of heads which open up daits eye brow but we then Ayer a careful game not getting involved and just doing enough to secure victory x

just like to say a big thanx to Si for havin us down, sorry about the weight (anouncing me as 66kg after my hard work to get down to65). tommy turbine was a gent as were his cornermen.
My team were excellent again and the youngsters were outstanding and made me proud to be there with them. Getting the wins for us all especially with my son was special, so thanx again to Si for having us on :)

Just back great show well done Simon. All the Scottish fighters won, but I take my hat off to young Bradley Newlands he was outstanding again today, he just gets better with every fight and he listens to what we tell him. Got a big future ahead of him if he keeps improving like he is, top performance and we are very proud of him again.

Good show, well done Si.

Well done Daitan. It was good victory for Daitan, controlled himself & the fight from a strong punching opponent.

Great show Si. Thanks for having us.
Well done to all the fighters.
Some great up and coming names to watch out for!

The Daiton V Kevin fight was brilliant.
The Gubernaitor certainly came with a game plan, but Daiton dealt with it very well and showed great flexibility in his strategy/tactics/gameplan.

Had a brilliant time at the after party, talking with Orlando Weit.
He is such a nice guy. Very helpful and had some amazing storys to tell. :)

Thanks guys, big thanx to all who came an supported us. Thankyou Darren Phillips and his team for spot on job with the reffing/judging. All the clubs that came down were a great laugh and top fighters. Thanx to fightstuffuk for their sponsorship.

Hope everyone had a great day - I did if not very stressfull.
Orlando weit is a legend very funny man, Kevin was a great guy too and turned out to be a handful for daitan who dealt with him well and like said above fought a clever fight to protect his cut eye and win on points.
