I 've been looking all over the web and no where I could find any info about the line-up apart for some info about the Dutch fighters. Last night I was at the weigh-in last and according to the programme the line-up should be:

3x2 mins 95+ kg
Craig Burke (Bad Co.) vs Gary Hart (Galway)

3x2 mins 76 kg
Robin Simpson (Bad Co.) vs TBA

5x2 mins 67 kg
Leroy Morgado (Super Gym) vs Howard Stamper (Ranong Thai)

5x3 mins 72.5 kg K1 rules
Richard Jones (Beastmasters) vs Eric D. (Sitnarong)

5x3 mins 55.5 kg FTR
Damien Trainor vs Sebastian Ocana (France)

5x3 mins 67 kg FTR
Frankie Hudders vs Bejan Ahmedi (Belgium)

8-MAN 75 KG TOURNAMENT:
1. Colin Farricker vs Saro Presti
2. Atilla Nagy vs Jan de Keyzer
3. Gavin Sterrit vs Steven Jones
4. Henry Akdeniz vs Junior Gonsales

winner 1 vs winner 2
winner 3 vs winner 4

5x3 mins K1-Max Superfight
Rick Barnhill vs Gago Drago

Tournament Final

Liam R, it also says Di Paulo pulled out with a tendon injury

Burke won points, looked good!

Leroy won with strong knee's in 2nd or 3rd!

Jones won on points.

Trainor won by a cut in 4th, I thought the fight was slipping away from him with Ocania scoring a bit better, but was great to watch.

Frankie and Bejan, Frankie got a really bad gash with his first kick, but managed to cut Bejan before the Doc stopped both!

Sorry, Frankie and Bejan was therefore a no contest

Great showing from Rick.
Well done and respect to Jan de Keyser. Have to say that I when I brought him over to fight John Orchard (despite the result) I did not rate him that much.

Granted he is a better Thai fighter than Kickboxer and tonight he showed that.

Great show, looked well organised, couldnt tell what the audience numbers were (too dark) but well done Dan Green for blagging your way into working with some proper people:)

Did you all notice the commentator was pulling all the cheesy lines out the book! I think a separate thread needs to be done on listing all the classics:

+ "Been knocked more times than a front door"
+ "More hits that Paris Hilton's website"
+ "Slippy like a bag of eels"

....Ok...Soooo many to remember, I am going to be up all night now as there were loads...lol.

1st time I have seen Drago, he is pretty cool and relentless, but fair play to the guy who stepped in for Kevin H!

Well done Dan was a well organised event last night and some good fights on, was gutted for Frank was talking to him at Master Skens last week and he was saying he couldnt wait to get back into the ring, so a shame how the fight ended but after the fight he was ok and just happy to be back. A good win for Damien, he didnt seem himself in the fight and told me afterwads that h was bored? lol. IMO he was losing the fight, id give it 1st even 2nd and 3rd to Sebastian and he was also taking the 4th until Damien landed a beautiful elbow which opened up a massive cut on his head, he was fine to continue but the first thing Damien did was throw another elbow which opened up another cut and the doctor at ringside stopped the fight. Barnhill is a legend, was stood screaming my arse off for him, one tough lad cause he took it all and stilllaughed and smiled and made a fight of it, wicked body kicks going in from him, and on short notic a fucking great performance mate. Craig from ours looked class again, he was a bit nervous and kinda let that get to him which made him feel tired in the ring he was saying, he is normally explosive but just picked hisshots and was landing some hurtfull body punches and high kicks, well done mate.

Superb event!

Everyone involved did fantastic. Full credit to Dan Green, he put so much into this event. It is a shame that he wasn't supported more, but that for Dan to reflect on.

Damien's bout was class, and it was great to see Frankie back in the ring.

The grandprix was the 'absolute business', and Drago-Barnhill - !!!!

Lets hope that this event can be built on further.

Again, well done Dan Green!

Ive already posted this on the other thread, but feel i should repeat it.

Well done to Dan, he always puts everything on the line to bring over the very best fighters and to put on the best shows.

Sometimes, only promoters realise what other promoters do and what they stand to lose. Even though he is pig ugly, and smells of 80yr old ladies tights, dan has really tried to push the boundries. well done again, i hope you've done OK out of it mate, and if so, you can buy the next coffees in Woking town!!! :)

I would like to thank Dan Green & co for one hell of a good night, our boy Attila put in a poor proformance due to having the Flu, we took a gambled but it didn't pan out for us.

However it was worth the 4hr drive up and 4hr drive back last night for Rick Barnhill's fight alone. Rick was stunning the first two rounds non stop action just running out of steam, the ref called the doctor over in first to check out a nose bleed thats how worried the Dutch were, I like to see a re-match giving Rick more than a couple of days notice !!

Frankie's fight was bloody afair, he had in the bag untill some dutch git pointed out the 3" cut to his shin bone to the ref, they were just about stop the other guy on cuts, should have been TKO Hudders..

Damien's fight was non stop action, however I thought Mr Trainor was just coasting it.

Lastly:- Big thanks to local lads and gyms who made us Cockney's very welcome.
