Any results for Baz and Craig from badco? I saw Baz training on Friday and doing an interesting variation on sit ups where he got hit in the stomach with an arm pad when his back was on the floor. Rather him than me.

Baz ended been chucked in with Kerrith Bhella who has more experience and fought on much bigger show's than him but Baz did have 2kgs on in weight, was a good little scrap and i wasw a bit bermussed by the result, i think he should have won the fight 2-1 in rounds, but thats the way it goes sometime's, still he only knew he was fighting 2 weeks ago and hadnt been in the gym as much as id have liked to fight someone like Kerrith but did himself me and the gym proud, well done mate. Foot was his usual deverstating self, took a round to settle into it but the got into it and was on top form, especially the last round where he just dominated, so weird reffing going on though??? Craig had his opponent pinned on the ropes and was landing a barrage of shots when the ref suddenly broke them up and told him to go to the newtrell corner but didnt count the other lad??? just gave him a nice 5 or so seconds rest??? whats that about?? Was a good little show though and some good fights on, Well organised as ever by Paul H. Hil was awesome, seen you fight many times Hil but that was by far the best ive seen you, awesome knee's and head kick, well done hun, keep it up and ill see you and all the guy's soon.

Hilary Vs Michelle was a cracking fight. i was very impressed with Hilary, some very good clinch work.

Bit upset about Daves fight with Colin. 1 minute into the fight, there was an accidental clash of heads and Dave got a cut over his eye. The cut was not bleeding that bad, and the blood was running down the side of his face, so not impairing his vision. The ref stopped it and called in the Doctor, who stopped the fight. A real shame as it looked like a good match up and Dave had just started to work out that Colin was kicking his legs and he can block them if he wants!! :)
Im sure we can get that match on again in the future.

I too was not impressed with the refereeing Im sorry to say.

Good to share a dressing room with the Bad co lot, always entertaining!

Ha,ha cheers Zebs, was good to see you again mate, glad it wasnt just me who thought the refereeing wasnt impressive, kept breaking the clinch in muay thai fights? when they where both working, said you where not allowed to catch the leg? but did let one of my lads get held in a headlock for most of the last round???? oh well shit like this happens at every show week in week out i guess, you can't make everyone happy can you.

Nice tidy show. All the guys and gals from Milton Keynes SSJ enjoyed the event.

The ladies match was the best ive seen for a long time, well done to them both for a great performance and excellent fitness.

Big up to Ben Abbott for winning his debut Thaiboxing match on the card.

Well, bit dissapointing for me really as i was looking forward to a good fight! Reckon Colin and I should fight again as it would be a good fight to watch. You're a strong lad Colin and hope we can go at it again sometime soon.

Was strange that the doc asked me what i wanted to do, when I said I wanted to fight, she said she'd have to stop it??? Wondered why she'd asked to be honest. Teasing me were you.... Oh well, these things happen. On to the next one.

Yeah tell me about it mate, can't be helped, caley's my second home now,ha. It seems to be ok, am back training again but just cant use my left arm properly until june, so just doing what i can really, trained with Rajasak for an hour and 20mins last night for the first time and dear goe he is amazing, its bad enough that im unfit and haven't done anything for 4 months and already feel like ive forgotten so much but he just made me feel like a complete amateur, was wicked though, learnt some amazing new stuff in the end. How your training going mate? You getting there? When is it that your fighting Ness??
