I`ve been a long time without serious exercise, talking 3 years or so.

I`m starting to get back into it again so I`m going to note the changes that becoming fit and generally healthy again will make compared to my current state, not in weight but in general well being.

I used to for instance, have a bowl of muesli before training but in the past couple of years I have become allergic to nuts, which was a year or so after I stopped exercising.

My asthma has been horrendous with the the hay fever this year, inhaler usage at least 3 times a day, whereas previously I would train all summer, indoors and outdoors without even thinking of needing an inhaler.

Thats the sort of thing I am on about so I`ll report back and see just what positive changes can be made re personal wellbeing once I get the fitness levels up again.

Asthma - allergies
Processed dairy, gluten and sugar play big roles.
As do water and salt (pinch or two of unprocessed sea salt in a liter of water goes a long way)

Adrenal support is big too in those but that gets more complicated and need to start with other basic foundation stuff (like getting enough protein, water, gluten, sleep etc)

Big results are often found in balancing related energy flows and disruptions through (quality is important here)EFT, homeopathy (quality personalized solution not generic), Chinese medicine etc

With EFT you would likely see strong and lasting improvements in 1-3 sessions. Not something you should always have to do, truly reduce and or rid the issue.(many will work where you only pay for results).

(looking at the stresses in life and environment when they started and balancing some energy around those would likely be huge!)

Couple of weeks into it and the inhaler use has diminished markedley, although that could be because the hay fever season has more or less passed.

Can also have a cup of coffee now without getting heartburn, which affected me quite badly before.

Little changes, but obvious to me!

Processed dairy, wheat at least but all gluten and sugar... the less you have of this stuff the better when it comes to allergies and asthma...

Vaccines also play a role in allergies and asthma - this may be a controversial topic for many but the research is pretty clear when you look into it. Not only are vaccines dangerous and damaging but the evidence on effectiveness is pretty sad. What doctors are told and what the evidence actual is are very different...

Anyway, since most of us have been vaccinated what can be done on the harmful effects years later (which include contributing to allergies and asthma etc)?

One of the top recommendations from a great documentary on vaccines (I can look up the title if anyone is interested) for minimizing harmful effects years later (and also info if you are forced to get vaccinated - most cases in most ways it is not the law though they make it seem like it is) is homeopathy.

Finding someone who has a good rep is always key in anything...
I would also consider EFT on harmful effects of vaccinating...

(Jackie's, my fiancee, brother died from vaccination - truth is side effects are not reported...no matter what happens after getting vaccinated it is never written up as a possible cause or contributing factor so the numbers aren't there on the surface... there is lots of research though if one chooses to look. With a baby on the way Jackie wanted to look into it some more, even with a death in her family the programming runs deep and the research doesn't even leave a question - I had already done research before and she wanted to do it for herself. My programming was pretty much broken on this one but looking at what she found certainly finnished it off..)

If you want to do the work a rotation diet is HUGE. Too much work for many people.. basically the body becomes sensitive to what you eat (most people eat same stuff over and over) so you only eat certain things once every four days which gives your body a break in between... many sensitivities, allergies, intolerances etc (technically all different) are subtle at first and we aren't aware and usually develop around what we eat the most, especially if we have other sensitivities to start (like you nut reaction)... inflammation etc from eating problem foods leads to leaky gut syndrome. What that means is food literally leaks out of your gut and your bodies immune system responds to it and then you develop a sensitivity to that and the cycle gets worse and worse and more and more of the foods (the ones you eat daily) become an issue... rotating foods gives your body and immune response a break... the effects of a rotation diet can be quite dramatic.

Training a new..a thought I believe to be powerful and effective.

"Its not what you can do but what you can recover from."

essentially make sure the recovery equals (better yet exceeds) the output and you'll keep going onwards and upwards.

First training session in 5 years just completed. Painful.

100% illustrated to me just how different the required types of fitness are for running and MT. I`m doing 2 mile runs now (not a lot I know, but I am a fatty) and breathing is fine and I could go on if legs would let me yet 3 mins on pads tonight and I was flippin' shagged!

Two possibilities come to mind, need to do at least 3 miles per round or possibly a different conditioning program :) more of the same or something different. :)

Nice on you training again!!!

Only changes so far are I`ve lost weight, lost some lard and my pulse has gone down signigicantly after exercise, as you would expect.

I`m still allergic to peaches though. Not even going to try the Muesli test as that could finish me off!

Phill how has this gone?
Mark L.

I'll help you rid your allergies of peaches for $300.

I will work with you until they are gone. If after 4 hours(1 hour sessions) there is no lasting improvement I will return your money in full.

If it gone in 5 minutes you pay $300.
If it takes 20 hours you pay $300

If the allergy ever returned (say in a year) I would work with you again, no extra cost until gone again. This is a lifetime guarantee.

Can you beat that?

Quite a huge difference to be honest.

The Muesli test went fine (luckily) and I no longer have nasty heartburn after tea and coffee, and haven`t for absolutely ages.

In fact I snack on multigrain stuff now instead of a chocolate bar, and I couldn`t have done that 18 months ago.

Basically any problems I seemed to have when a bit lardy now have disappeared, so fitness and a decent diet (excluding weekend burgers!) do seem to go a long way to generally improving quality of life.

Main thing is my ankle 'seems' as back to normal as it can be after losing a bit of weight and getting through the initial barrier of training on it again, which is a big bonus as a couple of years ago I couldn`t even walk round town for an hour with the wife without having to be laid up or hobbling around when I got home.

So yes, all good, just need to curb the cold turkey feeling when I haven`t been to the gym or for a run when I knew I had to!
