Alright guys im after a opponent for ISKA World Champ Michelle Newall to fight on my show on the 21st of March at Oceana Nightclub in Birmingham.

I will cover expenses, offer great rates of commision and pay a good purse for anyone upto the challenge at 52KG?

i am confirmed to fight on oran mor show which is the week before or i would have jumped at the chance, dont mind fighting twice in one week but wouldnt want to jinx myself and get injured in first one and let michelle down.

good luck finding someone but if you dont find anyone keep me in mind if not for a later date.

Linda would prove a big big test for Michelle, she is strong and very fast as I have been on the receiving end of Linda's punches twice and Linda is very strong at this weight. Good luck to both would be great for this fight to come off and good to see Linda back in action again!

I think Kim vs Michelle would be a great fight but Michelle is only 50Kg and Kim I believe is 55KG!
In regards to rules they would be B class allowing knees to the kepp 5x2 min rounds

Thanks for all the suggestions guys were currently in negotiations with a couple of potential fighters and gyms so will hopefully have a definate match up in the next week or so!
Unfortunately Ruth can only get as low as 52KG whilst Michelle is currently walking around at 49-50KG! so really needs to be 50KG max and cant be under 18s as my show is 18+ only!

Ruth will hopefully be a litte later this year for Michelle when she moves upto 52kg as she walks around at 50kg normally and doesn't cut weight to fight! Denise will fight 47.5KG max so thats a no go! so were looking at a match up with Charlotte Webster from Bad Company the girls hold 1 win over each other and this will hopefully be there third meeting!

I've heard Amy's a great fighter and would have loved to have had her on the bill against Michelle, but believe it or not Michelle's 39!!! And obviously feels a little uncomfortable fighting girls young enough to her daughter, but defo when she's 18+ this can happen!

Just wanted to say that I think Michelle has made a wise decision about fighting someone younger espesially under 18! When I fought Christi it did cross my mind quite alot about her age but I kept thinking that I would be fine because at the end of the day she is a brill fighter regardless of how old she is. It wasn't until I was face to face with Christi in the ring I Knew I'd made a mistake. Personally I found it very had to muster up any agression in that fight, I just kept thinking the whole time 'oh my god she is younger than my own daughter!'. But you live and learn just hope Michelle sticks to her guns about not fighting under 18's because it is hard once you step in that ring!!!

i would like to commend all the female fighters who take their fighting careers so seriously without the recognition that the male fighters get- speaking from my experience michelle newell and lyndsey scragg (a boxer i train) are by far the most dedicated and visionary athletes i have trained-

noi, amy doesnt turn 17 until may.

Joby keep Michelle away from me mate I actually wont turn up on the day and leave Paul to run the show! But honestly its important that everyone knows Michelle's view on this matter she is not avoiding anyone at all and will fight any female in her weight devision as she is a great champion, but just not juniors!

Due to unforsen circumstances Charlotte Webster has had to be pulled out against Michelle Newall. I am looking for a replacement fighter at 50KG max we will take any female fighter in the country at this point!

What a bummer (putting it politely)! This is an ideal weight for me but I am recovering from an operation due to an injury, Could you keep me in mind for the future though!!

I agree with Jackie - I as another old girl - would also have a problem fighting anyone under the age of 18, mostly because I dont agree with head contact under this age.
