Boxing:- Nigel Benn Vs Gerald McClellan as tragic as it was they were both warriors and its one of the most exciting fights i've ever see. If you want to donate money to charity Geralds is always a worthy one.

Ward Vs Gatti

Hagler Vs Hearns

Any of Tysons early fights

Thai boxing

I always like watching John Wayne Parr's Fights

Mine would probably be Rex "Rumble" Redden vs CrongSak Lek when Rex won his Welter-Weight world Title back in November 02'....An Awesome Fight!!! ,I thought Rex was gonna take CrongSak's head off with his K.O. Right upper-cut in the 4th round!!!

I like that fight between Hugh Grant and that other posh c*nt in the film Bridget Jones.

Other than that - Hagler v hearns, Morales v Buerrera, Keddle v Denton (best KO ever and everer), any Roberto Duran fight whether he fought men or horses.

Posted: 2004-05-20 15:32:27
guys, surely the first fight you ever saw was the best? the reason you got in the ring yourself? i saw my first fight a few months ago and could still tell you every move! when you see that for the first time it makes the real distinction between training for training sake, and having a real purpose to it!

the next best i saw was 2 of my mates in corfu, who were well pissed and who fell into an argument over this stunning swedish girl.
now the thing is both guys were , well pot ugly and didnt stand a cats chance in hell of pulling this scandinavian goddess , they decided to settle thier drunken difference behind the club i followed as refferee/beer holder, and sat pissing my pants for 15 mins as the threw everything they could at each other and missing every time, after they collapsed in exsuastion i managed to broker a peace deall , a draw, after a little growling and realising they had lost enough face as it was they agreed, if only i had a video, bumfight would have been available 16 yrs ago.

i would like to say that it was a happy ending for all cos I pulled the swedish girl , (but i'd be lying)

One fight that stands out for me in K-1 is sitting ringside watching MArk Hunt and Ray Sefo bash each other in a battle for Samoan pride - not the most skilled or widest variety of techniques but for pure entrtainiment it was hot!

Rex Redden Vs JOMBING in Auckland about 2 years Is a fight that stands out for me. It was a 5 round war. Jombing took the fight on points but took a beating from Rex.Bumps all over his head from all the elbows Rex landed, Rex also threw him litually out of the ring. But Jombing got back in and kick his way to victory. It was Awesome!!!!! I hear a Re-match is in the making? July?

LOL, that was the source of his name, I'm told. I forget why exactly he was nicknamed that. He was a Thai who was fighting around 1993-1995, but I don't remember a great deal about him anymore, other than he was a highly ranked fighter at Lumphinee and Radjadamnern Stadiums for a time. If I recall correctly, he beat Gansak....

Lightning Mike Angove,

I agree, the fight between Sefo Vs Hunt was hot.

Still "the" most exciting fight in the K-1 I recall seeing, was the battle between Mark Hunt Vs Jerome Le Banner in Paris.
